"I cannot recommend this supplier enough. I had a bad experience with an internet-bought dress which arrived 4 months before my wedding in such shocking condition it could not be saved. I arrived in Bridal on Pulteney that afternoon with 30 minutes until closing. Despite other bridal shops being difficult over my larger size, Bridal on Pulteney had plenty of dresses for me to try on. They sold me a dress off the rack despite it being a new design, instead choosing to wait 3 months for a new one for their stocks so that I could have the dress I wanted. At all times were they cheerful, professional, kind, considerate and helpful. I went into their shop in hysterics and left an hour later with the dress of my dreams. (Yes - they stayed open after closing for us.) They also supplied my bridesmaids dresses again on very short notice. All fitting and changes were completed just as I desired and all four dresses were perfect. I always enjoyed going into the shop for fittings and to chat with the girls and again cannot stress enough how wonderful I thought they all were. We had to change bridesmaids 2 months out from our wedding and Olga made this a very smooth transition organising another dress on very limited time. We purchased 6 dresses from there in total and their service was excellent.
